How to initiate a return?
If you have an account
- Log into your Le,J account and select "My Orders"
- Find your order and click "Return Items"
- Follow the instructions on screen to receive a return shipping label and drop off/schedule a pickup!
Please check our return policy to make sure the item is eligible for a return and send us an email for help at contact@shop-lej.com. Besure to include in your email your name, phone number, email, order #, shipping from address, Item information and reason for return.
Store credits can only be applied through your Le.J email address associated with you. If you haven’t created one yet, be sure to for your convenience and to be able to view your order history(s).
What is the Return & Exchange Policy?
30-day returns for all customers in the US. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
eligible for return:
- Returned within 30 days of purchase date.
- Items must be in their original packaging and condition without signs of wear or damage
- Items returned must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)
- If shipped as a set or multiple pieces, No individual item of a set can be returned for refund store credit or exchange.
non-returnable:
- Custom orders such as: Engraved , design, monogrammed products
- Worn Earrings
- Gift cards to credit cards or cash value.
Exchange policy:
Since we do not have any walkin store fronts, exchanges are done like returns. Please request a return and feel free to order the item you wish to get instead as a separate transaction. Your original purchase will be refunded once received in its original shipping condition.
How much is the return shipping fee?
Please note that a return shipping fee of $20 is charged for returns within the US and $40 for other countries outside of the US including Puerto Rico, and Alaska. Please note your original shipping fee is not refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount. Orders outside the US may be subject to duties and taxes. You are responsible for paying these fees and we’re unable to waive or refund them, even if the order is returned back to us.
When will I receive my refund?
Please note your return will be processed within 7 business days from the time we receive it in our warehouse. Once processed, we will send you a confirmation via email! If you did not receive an email confirmation please contact us support@shop-lej.com
Where do I request a refund for my Online Purchase?
For purchases made on shop-Lej.com, you can return your purchases online only.
